HOME









This term I have been a healthy individual by running in the morning at school. On Friday the class have the Beep Test, which is when we start running back to specific lines on our school court and they are then counted as you run. My highest number of runs is 61. 

I eat a healthy breakfast of four Weet-bix with warm milk. 

I also eat healthy lunches of jam sandwiches and fruit.

When I ride my bike I always wear a helmet.  

I have really terrible sleep so I am going to read a nice book just before I close my eyes.

When I go in the car, I always wear my seat belt for safety.
